How Hermes0 Workspace handles Google data when carrying out requested tasks.
Last updated: 2 November 2026
1. Who operates this integration
Hermes0 Workspace is operated by Play It Safe for the account owner and authorized operators. This notice covers the integration’s access to Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets for playitsafehermes0@gmail.com.
2. Data the integration can access
With the account owner’s Google authorization, Hermes can access file names, identifiers, metadata, file contents, document text, spreadsheet values, and sharing information. Granted permissions allow reading, creating, editing, organizing, sharing, and deleting files in the connected account.
These information pages do not ask for your Google password. Google authorization is handled through Google’s sign-in and consent process.
3. How data is used
Google data is used to carry out tasks requested by the account owner or authorized operators, such as finding a document, producing a report, or updating a spreadsheet.
Relevant content may be included in prompts sent to the AI services configured in Hermes. Those services process the content under their own applicable terms and data-handling settings. The integration uses Google data to perform requested tasks, not to train general-purpose AI models.
The integration does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
4. Where data is stored and processed
Google files remain in Google unless a requested task downloads or exports them. Hermes processes task data on the operator’s server and through its configured AI services.
Google authorization credentials are stored in local files with restricted filesystem permissions. Document contents, spreadsheet values, and task results may also appear in Hermes conversation history, working files, logs, exports, and backups.
5. Sharing and access
Data may be processed by Google, the operator’s hosting infrastructure, configured AI providers, and authorized operators as part of carrying out tasks. A requested task may share a file with specified recipients or change its Google sharing permissions.
6. Retention and deletion
Retained task data follows the operator’s normal history, file, log, and backup management. This integration does not currently define an automatic deletion period.
Deleting a Google file or revoking authorization does not automatically erase copies already present in conversation history, exports, logs, or backups. To request removal of locally retained integration data, contact the operator at playitsafehermes0@gmail.com. Copies held by configured service providers are subject to their terms and retention settings.
7. Control your Google authorization
You can revoke Hermes0 Workspace’s access at any time through Google Account connections. Revocation prevents future access using that authorization. It does not undo earlier file changes or sharing actions.
Google’s own handling of your account and files is described in Google’s Privacy Policy.
8. These information pages
The page source contains no forms, analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. The hosting provider may process basic request information to deliver these pages.
9. Contact and changes
For questions or data requests, email playitsafehermes0@gmail.com. Changes to this notice will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
